And as a human being my strengths are my intuition, empathy, social indignation and an openminded, curious and inquisitive mind. I find it easy to smile and seek new professional challenges that can develop me.
I’m a journalist, editor and educator on a freelance basis with a speciality in writing: News, research, reportage, interview and the art of writing dedicatedly and engagingly and to explain difficult issues in a manner that is easily understood. In Danish and English.
I have more than 20 years of experience as a journalist, including as an editor and teaching at a number of journalism schools.
I thrive in the field between journalism, explaining cultures, teaching and travelling and experiencing and absorbing knowledge and impressions and have been working abroad as a foreign reporter on four continents. I’ve covered armed conflicts with a religious or ethnic dimension, developing democracy and transitions to a free marked economy. I’ve also written travel and culture articles, and articles on consumer issues and on business and IT.
